On the job in La Pine

Homes built in 2020 or later
About 13 percent of homes are this new. Builders need dates that hold, and new framing brings nail pops.
Manufactured homes
About one home in nine is a mobile home. Their panel seams and textures differ from site-built walls.
Houses built before 1970
About a fifth of homes predate 1970. Walls that old are rarely true, so patches get feathered wide.
Shops and pole barns
Much of the wider La Pine area is acreage outside the city. Shops and barns get hung and finished.
