On the job in Prineville
- Houses built before 1970
- About 28 percent of homes predate 1970. Walls that old are rarely flat, so a patch is floated wider.
- Homes built in 2000 or later
- About four homes in ten are this recent. Framing dries and moves, and nail pops mark it.
- Manufactured homes
- About one home in ten is a mobile home, and one in seven countywide. Panel seams get their own repair.
- IronHorse and new lots
- IronHorse covers 1,100 acres, much of it still unbuilt. New homes need board hung on schedule.
